A new arrangement for the living room.
The digital generation has a need for flexibility and diversity, static is boring and pre-defined is un-inspiring. We have our own ideas about living and desire for an opportunity to express those. In a time in which we tent to re-consider conventional ideas it seems like a good time to re-interpret our living room. Stumbling upon a pile of toys inspired me to use this naive and optimistic shape language to create a system from soft shapes. The function of the shapes are not defined and therefore leave room for the user to interpret in which way they should be used. With Array I aim to suggest a new approach for home furnishing, a more open system providing diversity and a sense of individual expression.
